Last week, I had the wonderful pleasure of attending the private grand opening celebration of Memphis's newest and fabulous shoe boutique Marmi benefiting St Jude Children's Research Hospital. Some of the most stylish and pristine women and bloggers like myself were invited out to get an exclusive glimpse at the boutique. The celebration was an evening of everything a girl loves...shoes, wine, beautiful people, philanthropy and shopping.
Guests were served with wine and while shopping for the season's trends in shoes and handbags. Marmi, known worldwide, combines fashion and style with unparalleled selection and service in its upscale boutique.
The staff were all so stylish and knowledgeable. I fell in love with Mrs. Liz the store manager who I kept saying reminded me of Betsey Johnson lol.
Celebrity stylist, George Brescia was in attendance to discuss his book, Change your Clothes Change Your Life. Now.. he was the most handsome man like ever and gave me kudos on my look for the evening.
What is amazing is the boutique offers a very diverse range in it's selection of products. Carrying sizes 4 to 13 slim to wide and definitely does not compromise on style and comfort. There were so many "I love moments" while shopping, I just couldn't get enough.
As my life gets busier and busier, I look for shoe options that are stylish and complimentary to my wardrobe. The days of wearing 4 inch heels all day long between designing, meetings and chauffering Amira around are gone.
Marmi selection of animal print flats, rich velour embellished loafers, and metallic boots will pair perfect with falls chunky sweaters and knit leggings. I mean how perfect would these shoes and bags look with a pleated maxi and layers. Let's not forget the quality of the shoes.
They make it so easy for you as well in the merchandising. Pairing matching textures and colors with each shoe and bag to help you develop your wardrobe.
OUTFIT DEETS dress | shoes + accessories | Style Junkie Marmi is by far one of the newest boutiques in Memphis you must stop in to get ready for fall and seasons after. Oh and you have the privilege of shopping online as well.
How cool?! The owners were in attendance (which by the way were so nice and personable) and gave me the history of Marmi. I was captivated by the sheer fact the boutique is family owned and it definitely shows in their enthusiasm and devotion to the brand.
