I'm not sure if I have shared with you all that I have moved into a new house in Memphis. It is gorgeous. It's so cozy and so quaint with beautiful features that are waiting for me to decorate. I am trying my best to not get anxious over all there is to do. When decorating a home things can get overwhelming because you don't know what is a priority, like what room to start with first. After a recent trip to Atlanta and moving my work space back home while waiting on a new studio, I decided my home office needed the touch first. I needed inspiration badly because I didn't know quite what direction I wanted to take and then voila there it was. I'll share with you... Home Office Inspiration Board.
Inspired was not the feeling as I saw this really cool 3D inspiration board full of so so so many cool things that are mediums for creativity as I walked in to Citizens Supply in Ponce City Market. I loved it. It changed the way I saw the direction of my work and also how I would use an inspiration board as an integral part of my home office decor.
The next step was to move over to Pinterest and gather a few more sources of inspiration of what material I would use. I loved the idea of mesh boards or wire to use to easily nail on the wall and get to pinning. Using all kinds of sources of inspiration like photos, quotes, flash cards, needle and threads, ceramics and other knick knacks, you will definitely be motivated to design and create.
