Taking Care of Yourself from the Inside then Out with Groupon

It is a beautiful thing when you reflect your outer beauty through the work you have done for your inner self. I read a quote recently from the beautiful Alice Walker that changed my perspective of balancing work and self care. "Whenever you are creating beauty around you, you are restoring your own soul. "  Being an entrepreneur in a highly visual industry, the perception of beauty is influential. I made a personal commitment to begin the work on Andrea Fenise, the woman, that would reflect in Andrea Fenise the brand.

Little did I know I would love this journey. I saw the light on this journey! Continuing the inner work has been and will always be one of my permanent  lifestyle changes in addition to making sure I take time for outer work through self care and pampering. As a mother and entrepreneur, I tend to selflessly put so many other people before me. I quickly realized,  It doesn't take much time--at most an hour to carve out a block of time to get pampered  whether a visit to a massage therapist, get a mani &  pedi or just a simple shampoo and style. Now, let's take a second to be transparent, my money has to flow in so many directions that saving money is just as important as making sure I take care of myself. Browsing through Groupon, I found so so so many Health, Beauty & Wellness Groupons .  One thing you'll learn about me, I will try almost anything. What I love about Groupon is being able to experience events, new products and services, salons and restaurants all while simultaneously saving money. The self care journey has endless opportunities for growth and new experiences. Using Groupon, allows me to  delve into my wellness journey on a budget. Secondly, I do not like commitments. I change my mind--alot.  Groupon allows me to stay true to myself lol. I don't have to pay for a membership to use the services.
